Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid services on Madras Hire, currently the "Featured job" listing.

What you pay for

A Featured job costs ₹499 and keeps your job at the top of search results with a Featured badge for 30 days. Posting a normal job is free.

Cancellation

• You can cancel before we feature your job. Contact us and we will refund the full amount.
• Once the job is featured, the 30 day period runs even if you close the job early.

Refunds

• If we fail to feature your job within 2 working days of payment, you get a full refund.
• If you were charged twice for the same job, we refund the extra payment.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
