By using Madras Hire you agree to these terms.

Using the service

• You must give accurate information and keep your password private.
• Job seekers must not apply with false details or upload files that contain harmful code.
• Employers must post only real vacancies, must not charge candidates any fee for applying or interviewing, and must describe the role honestly.
• Do not post discriminatory, illegal, misleading or adult content, and do not scrape or misuse the site.

Candidate data

Employers may use candidate details only to evaluate and contact candidates for the job applied to. Any other use is not allowed.

Paid features

Featured jobs are paid, per job, for the stated period. Fees are non-refundable once a job has been featured, except where required by law.

Our role

Madras Hire is a platform that connects job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee any job, hire, or candidate, and we are not a party to employment agreements. We may remove content or block accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
